Nasr City to Rehab (Public)
I am gathering friends to this new route.
The route is from Nasr City (Children park - Tefl Park) to Rehab and back.
This is the planning phase for the trip.
Why is this ride:
- Burn fat (I have lots of that)
- Enhancing fitness (Need more muscle toning)
- Enhancing time on bike (NOT more than 2:30 hours)
- Enhancing pace (aiming at an average of 15Km/Hr)
I am planning to start this route Friday 29Nov2013 0600 isa.
Q&A:
Q - What do I need to get with me?
A - Your own bike(in good condition), yourself, water (plenty), energy bars.
Q- Will I have support on the road?
A- No, you will NOT have support on the road. The road is pretty much inhabited, if you experience a problem with your bike that is NOT solvable, you can go back by Taxi.
Q- Is this a public ride?
A- This is a ride that I intend to do myself on a regular basis. I do welcome anybody that is willing to join. The more we are, the more we can help each others burn fat.
Q- Is there any leaders we can contact?
A- There is no leaders, nor this is a sponsored ride. Still, you can always contact me as a peer in the fat burning process.
Q- What is the expected pace / speed?
A- I am expecting to keep an average speed of 15Km/Hr
Q- What is the start / end times?
A- The ride will start @ 0600 and expected to return to the starting point @ 0900 Max (I have other commitments) .
Q- Will there be any water supply during the ride?
A- NO, you should bring your own water. Most riders do well with 500ml bottles and maybe ONE re-fill on the way. Still, some need another 500ml along. It is the rider responsibility to have his own water supply. We will stop on rehab for rest and water re-fill.
